The firm is headed by Dr. Olugbenga Adeoye who is the Principal Partner of the firm. He holds an MSc degree in banking and Finance from Olabisis Onabanjo University Ago Iwoye, Ogun state. He is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. (FCTI). He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He holds a PhD in Management Accounting from Babcock University. He is also an Alumni of Harvard Business School, Boston USA where he attended an executive programme titled “Building New Businesses in an Established Organisation. His working experience of about 20 years from 1998, cuts across different accounting firms, where he acquired experience in accounting, audit, taxation and consulting. He completed his Arbitration program for admission into the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of United Kingdom recently. Dr. Adeoye is supported by other Fellows of ICAN and CITN in the management team.
